At 5:46 UTC on Friday 11 March 2011, Japan was hit with a massive 9.0 earthquake that triggered tsunami waves of up to 97 feet high. This is the fifth largest earthquake in recorded history leaving 11,743 deaths, 2,877 injured and 16,375 people missing; with numbers rising daily. The infrastructural damage has left over 125,000 buildings demolished, leaving hundreds of thousands of people displaced from their homes and millions more without electricity and water. The road to recovery is steep and help is needed to aid the suffering. Millions were impacted by this tragedy and any effort to help is greatly appreciated. Envision Life's mission is to aid the people of Japan by selling custom made T-shirts, with 100% net proceeds going to a "Japan project" with Global Giving. Our decision on choosing Global Giving was based on the fact that they are committed to giving 100% of the designated funds to Japan. The uniquely designed shirts will directly aid Japan's relief efforts and lend a helping hand to a country in need.
